Lumi is an AI-powered reminder assistant that helps you manage reminders via WhatsApp and our web application. Our service includes creating, updating, and managing reminders; sending notifications; and providing AI-driven natural language understanding for your requests.

3. Account and Registration

To use Lumi, you must connect your WhatsApp number and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Lumi only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Abuse or exceed any usage limits or quotas

5. Subscription and Payment

Lumi offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Lumi are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lumi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will be delivered on time. You use the service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Lumi. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Lumi at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Lumi after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
